Please allow 7 – 28 days for delivery possibly longer if outside the UK. Alison sends her work to be professinaly printed, so need to allow time for this if ordering prints and any additional hand embellishments to the prints. Outside the UK please note that you may be responsible for import duties and customs. This could delay the item, if unsure best to contact your customs department.
As part of our green policy items will be sent using recycled packaging and materials where possible.

If Item is damaged a refund will be offered on return of goods if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Be aware that slight colour variations may occur on images of products due to the monitor settings etc. on viewers computers, we can not offer a refund for this. Items to be returned via airmail if outside the UK.
